We confirm appointments within minutes of receiving your WhatsApp message during working hours (8am–9pm). Requests sent after hours are confirmed first thing the next morning.

Walk-ins are welcome at our centre during working hours. However, we recommend booking in advance to avoid any waiting time, especially for home collection slots which are limited per day.

No. Booking an appointment online or via WhatsApp is completely free. You only pay for the tests or services availed.

It depends on the test. Tests like blood sugar (fasting), lipid profile, and certain liver function tests require 8–12 hours of fasting. Most other tests do not require fasting. We will confirm fasting requirements when we respond to your booking.

We collect blood, urine, stool, sputum, and other body fluid samples depending on the tests required. Our trained phlebotomists handle all collections safely and hygienically.

A small amount of blood is drawn from a vein in your arm using a sterile, single-use needle. The process takes less than 5 minutes and is performed by our certified phlebotomists.

Please carry a valid photo ID, your doctor's prescription (if applicable), and any previous relevant reports. For fasting tests, avoid eating or drinking anything other than water before your visit.
