Diagnostic reports & medical records — retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of testing, or longer if required by applicable medical regulations.
Appointment & booking records — retained for up to 2 years for reference and service quality purposes.
Communication records (WhatsApp, email) — retained for up to 1 year unless longer retention is required for dispute resolution or legal compliance.
Website analytics data — retained in anonymised or aggregated form for up to 1 year.

Upon expiry of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised. You may request early deletion of your data subject to our legal retention obligations (see Section 10).
